Our role is to connect independent contractors with a partnered call center provider and to support them before, during, and after certification.

About 1099 Independent Contractor Work

1099 work means:
You are not an employee
Taxes are not withheld from payments
You are responsible for your own tax reporting
Benefits are not provided

This structure is common in the remote call center and gig economy and is fully legal when disclosed transparently—which we do.
